These terms and
conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Inayat Lighting's
Business or Website, located at https://inayatlighting.com.
By accessing this
website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use
Inayat Lighting if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions
stated on this page.
Terms &
Conditions:
1. Product Price does not
include VAT, TAX, or AIT. It will added as per govt. rules.
2. Product Delivery Time
as follows:
i) For in-stock
products: 1-2 working days.
ii) For Preorder based
Products: 25 working days.
** The delivery time
can be changed due to emergencies or unavoidable situations.
3. Payment Procedure:
i) For in-stock
products – The full payable amount can be paid on the COD (Cash On Delivery)
option.
ii) For Preorder
Products- 50% amount should be paid on an advance basis and the rest 50%
payable amount should be paid on time of receiving products.
4. Inayat Lighting will
deliver products to the customer site. Loading and transport costs will be
borne by Inayat Lighting. After delivering products at the site, unloading &
carrying needs to be arranged by the customer. Inayat Lighting will not provide
any services for unloading & carrying.
5. Guarantee: Inayat Lighting
will provide 2 (Two) years official guarantee for selective products. As per
our guarantee policy, customers will get replacement products on two years
guarantee period. The guarantee period will start from the date of invoice
during delivery. To avail of the guarantee, the customer needs to show the
invoice, this is mandatory. Guarantee is not applicable for the following
situation:
i) Breakage of light
due to careless handling after delivery.
ii) Damages during
installation.
iii) Damaged by
improperly installed issue or installed in a faulty application.
iv) Damaged by
moisture, water, fire, or natural disaster.
v) Damaged by using in
improper location like using interior lights in an exterior location.
6. Website product design
and actual design can be slightly different due to camera or lighting settings.
You’re requested to complete all quarries from your side for your satisfaction.
7. Without 100%
confirmation don’t place an order, after placing an order no order cancellation
is acceptable. If you cancel the order, a 25% cancelation fee will deducted
from the advance amount.
The Site reserves the
right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions
at any time without any prior notification. Changes will be effective when
posted on the Site with no other notice provided. Please check these Terms and
Conditions regularly for updates.

শর্তাবলী:
১. পণ্যের মূল্য
VAT, ট্যাক্স, বা
AIT অন্তর্ভুক্ত করে
না। এটি
সরকারি নিয়ম অনুযায়ী
যোগ করা
হবে।
২. পণ্য ডেলিভারির সময়
নিম্নরূপ:
i) স্টক পণ্যগুলির জন্য:
১-২ কার্যদিবস।
ii) প্রি-অর্ডার ভিত্তিক
পণ্যের জন্য:
২৫ কার্যদিবস।
** জরুরি অবস্থা বা
অনিবার্য পরিস্থিতির
কারণে ডেলিভারির
সময় পরিবর্তন
হতে পারে।
৩. পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি:
i) ইন-স্টক পণ্যগুলির
জন্য - সম্পূর্ণ
প্রদেয় পরিমাণ টাকা
COD (ক্যাশ অন
ডেলিভারি) তে দেওয়া
যেতে পারে।
ii) প্রি-অর্ডার পণ্যের
জন্য- ৫০% পরিমাণ
অগ্রিম ভিত্তিতে
প্রদান করতে
হবে এবং
বাকি ৫০% পণ্য
গ্রহণের সময়
পরিশোধ করতে
হবে।
৪. ইনায়াত লাইটিং গ্রাহকদের
সাইটে পণ্য
সরবরাহ করবে।
লোডিং এবং
পরিবহন খরচ
ইনায়েত লাইটিং
বহন করবে।
সাইটে পণ্য
সরবরাহ করার
পরে, গ্রাহকের
দ্বারা আনলোড
এবং বহনের
ব্যবস্থা করতে
হবে। ইনায়েত
লাইটিং আনলোড
এবং বহনের
জন্য কোন
সেবা প্রদান
করবে না।
৫. গ্যারান্টি: ইনায়াত লাইটিং
নির্বাচিত পণ্যের
জন্য ২ (দুই)
বছরের অফিসিয়াল
গ্যারান্টি প্রদান
করবে। গ্যারান্টি
নীতি অনুযায়ী,
গ্রাহকরা দুই
বছরের মেয়াদে
গ্যারান্টি সুবিধা
পাবেন। গ্যারান্টি
সময়কাল ডেলিভারির
সময় চালানের
তারিখ থেকে
শুরু হবে।
গ্যারান্টি পেতে,
গ্রাহককে চালান
দেখাতে হবে,
এটি বাধ্যতামূলক।
নিম্নলিখিত পরিস্থিতিতে
গ্যারান্টি প্রযোজ্য
নয়:
i) ডেলিভারির পর
অসাবধানতার কারণে
লাইটের ভাঙ্গন।
ii) ইনস্টলেশনের সময়
ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ হওয়া।
iii) ভুলভাবে ইনস্টল
করার দ্বারা
ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হওয়া বা
ত্রুটিপূর্ণ অ্যাপ্লিকেশন
ইনস্টল করা।
iv) আর্দ্রতা, জল,
আগুন বা
প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ
দ্বারা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত।
v) অনুপযুক্ত স্থানে
ব্যবহার করে
ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ হয়
যেমন ইনটেরিয়রের
স্থানে অন্য লাইট
ব্যবহার করা।
৬. ক্যামেরা বা
লাইটিং সেটিংসের
কারণে ওয়েবসাইট
পণ্যের ডিজাইন
এবং প্রকৃত
ডিজাইনে কিছুটা
তারতম্য হতে
পারে। পন্য বিষয়ে কোন অনুসন্ধান থাকলে সে বিষয়ে অবগত হয়ে অর্ডার
করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হলো।
৭. ১০০% নিশ্চিতকরণ ছাড়া
অর্ডার দেবেন
না, অর্ডার
দেওয়ার পরে
কোনও অর্ডার
বাতিল গ্রহণযোগ্য
নয়। আপনি
অর্ডার বাতিল
করলে, অগ্রিম প্রদানকৃত টাকা থেকে
২৫% বাতিলকরণ ফি
কেটে নেওয়া
হবে।
সাইটটি কোন
পূর্ব বিজ্ঞপ্তি
ছাড়াই যে
কোন সময়
এই শর্তাবলীর
পরিবর্তন, পরিবর্তন,
যোগ বা
অপসারণ করার
অধিকার সংরক্ষণ
করে। অন্য
কোন নোটিশ
প্রদান না
করে সাইটে
পোস্ট করা
হলে পরিবর্তন
কার্যকর হবে।
আপডেটের জন্য
অনুগ্রহ করে
নিয়মিত এই
